You may be wondering what on earth is CAPA? It stands for ‘Corrective and Preventative actions’ and is very much an evolution of a non-conformance process.

The CAPA database:

The CAPA database included in this toolkit is designed for both submission and processing of corrective and preventative actions. A guide on how to submit CAPA’s is included in the tool.
As part of the review process, it takes you through theming, RCA’s and scoring.

In addition to this, it has features to produce KPI’s and reports based on themes and areas of service.

If CAPA, or Non-conformance in general, is something you aren’t very familiar with, please read through the accompanying document – ‘Procedure – CAPA’ to get more of a feel for what it is about.

More information on how to set up and use the tool is included in the guide below. This tool is presented in blank and worked versions, so you can get a feel for how it can be used.
