After graduating from my undergraduate Biomedical Sciences degree, my next step was unclear. So, for a whole summer, I decided what to do, and found the field of audiology. It seemed intriguing and interesting, and I felt it was a field I wanted to pursue a career in – which is what led me to my studies in Audiology at Manchester.

I strive to spread hearing health awareness by sharing my own experiences as part of the Early Professionals Committee; as I come from a background where there is still social stigma around it. I want to be able to advocate for fellow and prospective audiology students through this role.
