New Thames Valley Regional Meeting in October

A BAA Regional Meeting has been arranged by our new Thames Valley Reps for 22nd October at Townlands Memorial Hospital, Henley on Thames. With the venue confirmed, the agenda in place, free places are now available to book through eventbrite.

Lauren Archer and Sarah Murcott from the Royal Berkshire Hospital have recently joined the BAA Regional Groups team and have thrown themselves into the role and have arranged their first training day. They spent two days in June being trained by The Ida Institute team to be BAA Patient Centred Care Champions and are now ready to share their knowledge on this important topic.

They have also arranged for a few speakers to discuss the management of complex cases in adult rehabilitation. Lauren and Sarah would like to encourage open discussion during the day and therefore welcome any case studies your would like to bring. There will also be a BAA Board Update from one of our Board Directors.

Places are free of charge and lunch and refreshments will be provided, but please reserve your place as numbers are limited. There is limited parking available at the hospital so please car share where possible and there are good public transport links (the hospital is a short walk from the train station and town centre).
