NICE guideline on Otitis media with effusion in under 12s: surgery

The draft scope for this NICE guideline is now out for consultation. The NICE team hope that people will submit comments on the draft scope; it is a valuable opportunity to ensure that the guideline considers issues important to us. The consultation page contains the documents, background papers and instructions on how to comment.

Please be aware that NICE are piloting a new form of consultation that will allow you to submit comments entirely online, making commenting easier and quicker. When commenting you can simply select the section of the document you are interested in and add a comment within the web page. There will be no separate forms to fill, and no need to go back and forth to cross-reference multiple documents and capture page and line numbers.
