Susannah is currently the Head of Adult Rehabilitation and Vestibular Audiology at Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board, North Wales. She completed an MSc in Audiological Science at Manchester University in 2002 and the Certificate of Audiological Competence at Wrexham Maelor Hospital in 2004. This led to registration as a Clinical Scientist in Audiology in 2006 and she has worked in Audiology in North Wales following this.
She has also gained registration in 2022 on the Higher Specialist Scientist register. She has a particular clinical interest in vestibular testing and rehabilitation, and adult diagnostics. Previous roles for the BAA include BAA course accreditation officer and practical exam coordinator for the CAC and HTS sub-committees.
