The day will cover the learning from the NHS Lothian review and the root cause analysis around training and service areas. There will be talks on behavioural assessment, with advice on when to keep to standard testing and when to start thinking outside the box. There will be a presentation on ABR strategy and improving the outcomes from ABR testing, and a talk on the offer of management and when to step in with hearing aids.
