In this section you will find tools to help get your document control process up and running. There is a document template and document list to support this.
The document template:
Your Trust may very well have its own document templates for you to use, however, you may wish to check those against accreditation requirements before committing to them – as a large scale swap over of templates can be very time consuming.
The document list:
This tool is designed to help you keep your documentation organised. It has some helpful features to show when you may want to start your document review. It also has sections to track the review, implementation and eventual retirement of your documents.
These tools are presented in blank and worked versions so you can get a feel for how they can be used. There is also an accompanying guide to help you get started in their use – please read this first.
