Join the British Irish Hearing Instrument Manufacturers Association (BIHIMA) and Professor Kevin Munro,  in partnership with the British Society of Audiology (BSA), British Academy of Audiology (BAA), and British Society of Hearing Aid Audiologists (BSHAA), for a webinar on “How can we tackle the problematic narrative around hearing loss and dementia?”

The event will focus on the recent joint position statement offering guidance on the link between adult-onset hearing loss and dementia. It will share the work that led to the statement’s creation and its impact. Attendees will be able to learn more about the risks of misunderstanding these links and how the audiology community can better manage conversations with clients and patients.
