Through qualitative interviews with adults who have attended audiology consultations\, it identifies key factors\, such as the audiologist’s communication style\, demonstration of understanding\, therapeutic relationship\, clients’ awareness and personality\, and clinic operational practices\, that influence whether clients feel able to express their listening difficulties and concerns effectively.

It addresses common concerns in secondary rhinoplasty and offers strategies for nasal reconstruction in complex cases. Personal approaches to treating the deviated nose and congenital nasal deformities are shared\, with attention to the alar base and premaxilla.
