The National Deaf and Hard of Hearing NHS Staff Network would like to thank everyone who attended their first in-person meeting – it was wonderful to connect with so many of you all!
The team would also like to thank their supporters: NHS Employers/NHS Confederation, SignVideo, Kent and Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust, Black Country NHS Foundation Trust, and of course our amazing hosts University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust.
If you couldn’t attend this time around, please be assured they are planning on making the face-to-face gathering an annual event, and that their virtual meetings will resume in November.
On that note, the next virtual meeting will be 1pm-2:15pm on Wednesday 27 November on Microsoft Teams. Please email england.dhohstaffnetwork@nhs.net for the meeting link.
The Leadership Group is working on setting the full agenda now, but they will definitely include an analysis of the Slido feedback from the 20 September gathering. They always use delegate feedback to determine the network’s next steps.
