National Physiological Science Transformation Programme: National Audiology Data Collection
The NHS England National Physiological Science Transformation Programme team is running a national survey to gather baseline information for audiology services. The data collected through this survey will underpin local and national transformation programmes for physiological sciences.
It is recommended that all NHS hospital trusts and independent sector providers who offer NHS audiology services complete this data questionnaire. The survey data will be collected via a web portal, which will open on Monday 12th June 2023, and close on Friday 7th July 2023.
