The Health and Care Staffing Act 2019 will be enacted on 1 April 2024. This webinar series will offer a high-level overview of guidance chapters, developed to support the relevant organisations to implement the requirements of the Act. You will have the opportunity to feedback via a Scottish Government held public consultation. The webinars are a joint collaboration between Healthcare Improvement Scotland, The Care inspectorate and Scottish Government.
