Feraz Ahmed

Feraz completed his BSc in Audiology from UCL and moved to Scotland to advance his career. His passion for Audiology led him to speak at many conference, meetings, and study days.

Feraz specialises in both Adult and Paediatric Audiology, with extra emphasis on complex cases and implantable hearing solutions. His interest in hearing implants led him to become the first Audiologist in Scotland to issue the Vibrant Sound-Bridge in 2012, and the first Audiologist in the UK to issue the Bone-Bridge in 2013. Feraz completed his MSc in Audiology, where his research was regarding superpower bone anchored hearing devices.

Feraz is a proud advocate for Audiology and is keen to be a driving force for the industry. His desire for patient-centred care, advancements in technology and service quality, has led him to become a representative for the BAA. “
