Head of Professional Advancement, Audiology at Specsavers

Originally from Glasgow, I started work as an Audiologist in 1989 and spent over 10 years in the NHS, before moving into manufacturing. I have covered a wide range of roles in my career to date, from Audiologist, Sales Representative, Technical Support Audiologist, Sales Manager, General Management and Business Development Director EMEA for Unitron and finally Brand Manager for Widex before joining Specsavers. I am extremely passionate about Audiology, the development of people, products and services that allow clinicians to deliver the best experience for our patients. In 2017 I joined Specsavers as Head of professional advancement and group clinical lead for Audiology for the UK and Ireland. I lead the clinical support team at Specsavers to develop and improve the clinical standards across our business.
