SUMMARY:Aetiological Investigations for Hearing Loss in Children
DESCRIPTION:Aetiological Investigation of the babies identified through the Newborn Hearing Screening Programme and diagnosed to have a hearing loss (from mild to profound)\, also covering investigation of older children\, unilateral and progressive hearing loss and Auditory Neuropathy Spectrum Disorder. \nThe course will give delegates a good opportunity to meet leaders in the field of aetiological investigations for hearing loss in children and running established services\, and also network with colleagues new to the field. \nWho should attend?\nAny professional providing an Aetiological Investigation service for children with permanent hearing loss.
