Guest Speaker: Sue Falkingham

Sue is an Audiologist, Hearing Therapist and Hearing Aid Dispenser. Currently running her private hearing healthcare practice in North Yorkshire after a 35-year career as an Audiologist.

After training in the NHS in Bradford, Sue became involved in training other Audiologists whilst working for hearing aid manufacturers. She has always had a keen interest in professional issues and was a member of the British Academy of Audiology Board for 8 years before she took over as the President of BAA for 2 years.

Sue has a keen interest in adult hearing rehabilitation and has developed patient-centred skills through her Hearing Therapy training and by completing courses with the IDA Institute, both in person and online.
