Campus Accessibility
As an organisation, we are committed to providing experiences and events that are accessible to everyone. Being an accessible venue is incredibly important to us, which is why we are proud to work with AccessAble to highlight the accessibility and usability of our venues. Our end goal is to make sure that every visit to our campus is an enjoyable one, regardless of your accessibility requirements.
Of course, accessibility is about more than just physical facilities, it’s our culture and attitude that sets us apart. As an organisation, we are aligned with the “Attitude is Everything” Charter of Best Practice – and we currently hold Gold Status. We are committed to further improvement to continually ensure venue accessibility.
We’re proud to be an official Sunflower Friendly business and recognise that many disabilities aren’t immediately visible and can have a big impact on daily life without being obvious to others. The Sunflower lanyard offers a simple, discreet way for someone to let people know they may need a little extra time, understanding, or support. It helps staff, clients, and visitors feel more confident and respected while navigating our campus. Anyone visiting us who requires a sunflower lanyard can request one from our Guest Relations Team, who are always happy to support.

As conference is during half-term for some regions of the UK, why not bring your family and send them out to explore Liverpool and then join them for the weekend after conference?
