I am a clinical scientist in Audiology who specialises in cochlear implants. I have worked in audiology for 11 years, completing the scientist training programme initially. Following this I was training in auditory implants by the Guys and St Thomas’ implant team. I am now the adult cochlear implant programme coordinator at the Manchester implant team. I have been part of the CI champions for a few years now and really enjoy working with the committee and hopefully improving implant referrals, access to information and implantation and reducing barriers for patients.
