Effective Communication in Challenging Situations – 24th June
This session on Leading with Confidence: Essential Skills for Effective Management – Effective Communication in Challenging Situations will be delivered by Dr Laura Sadler.
The session will explore how to have difficult conversations with staff in a compassionate and sensitive way, offering practical skills to support effective communication in challenging situations.
Laura is the Assistant Director of Clinical Delivery for NHS England in the Midlands region and previously served as the Head of Clinical Service Improvement and Patient Safety for a number of years. She has been involved in the paediatric audiology improvement programme since its inception in the Midlands and also acts as a Freedom to Speak Up Champion.
