
NHS England has announced a forthcoming procurement for the development and delivery of Master’s-level paediatric audiology modules, supporting workforce development across key areas of clinical practice. The programme will commission three accredited modules aligned to the British Academy of Audiology (BAA) Higher Training Scheme (HTS), covering Newborn ABR Assessment, Visual Reinforcement Audiometry (VRA) for infants aged 6 months+, and Paediatric Habilitation and Family-Centred Care.
The tender will be structured across three lots, reflecting each module area. The notice is expected to be published on 15 May 2026, with a clarification deadline of 27 May 2026 (midday) and a submission deadline of 12 June 2026 (midday).
Higher education institutions interested in delivering this training are encouraged to prepare in advance and register via the Atamis e‑Sourcing Portal.
