Natasha started her audiology career in 2007 with an MSc from the University of Manchester. She is an HCPC-registered Clinical Scientist and Hearing Aid Dispenser with experience spanning the NHS, retail, and wholesale audiology sectors. Currently she works as the Senior Audiology Support & Training Manager at Sonova UK, where she leads the Field Audiology Training Team.

Her audiology career journey started in the NHS where she trained as a Clinical Scientist, gaining experience in newborn, paediatric, and complex adult audiology, as well as cochlear implant assessment and programming. She later joined Specsavers as an Audiology Joint Venture Partner, before moving to the Professional Advancement Team, where she combined her clinical and commercial expertise to help the estate deliver high-quality service. At Sonova, she supports clinicians and helps them deepen their understanding of the audiology behind Phonak products and innovations.

Passionate about clinical excellence, Natasha strives to improve the customer journey through evidence-based practice and engaging training sessions. Outside of her professional work, she is an enthusiastic taxi for her two sporty children, with any time left over she likes to keep herself fit.
