I am a Senior Clinical Scientist in Audiology at Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board, with almost 20 years of experience providing specialist audiology services. My professional journey began with a degree in Engineering from Loughborough University in 2003, followed by an MSc in Audiology from the University of Manchester in 2007. I became a registered Clinical Scientist in 2012.
My clinical work focuses on adult audiological rehabilitation, advanced diagnostic assessments, and the assessment and management of balance disorders. In addition, I lead on equipment management and am passionate about supporting the next generation of audiology professionals through the training of STP, PTP, and Fast Track students.
I am also involved in the collection and analysis of PREM data to help drive service improvements. A particular highlight of my career has been the publication of the IMP-OS validation paper in 2026, which reflects my commitment to improving clinical practice through research and innovation.
