My Audiology career started in 2009, after completing my BSc (hons) Audiology degree from the University of Leeds. Over the years, I have worked in adult audiology services within the NHS specialising in tinnitus management. In most recent years, I have been working as a senior audiologist with a clinical interest in paediatrics. I am currently undertaking a MSc CPD module at the University of Manchester to strengthen my knowledge in Paediatric Amplification.
In 2020, I joined the BAA cochlear implant champion scheme, which allowed me to effectively contribute to the improvements in the quality and quantity of CI referrals.
Outside of Audiology, I enjoy gardening and growing my own vegetables and herbs to use in my home cooked recipes. I enjoy writing poems, and I aspire to become a children’s author in the future. I also enjoy spending time with my family and attending my kids’ football training and games.
