After qualifying in 2022, I spent majority of the first 3 years of my career working two roles simultaneously with one being in the NHS and the other being in the private sector. This was a great way to kick start my career allowing me to develop my skills and learn about hearing aids outside of the NHS. Both roles have allowed me to achieve further qualifications such as a clinical educator and being trained on how to do wax removals.
In 2025, I successfully secured a place on the scientist training programme to enhance my knowledge in audiology but also further develop my professional, leadership and research skills.
